How long does a report take to generate?

Most reports complete in 15–45 seconds. Reports with many large PDFs (10+ documents, 50+ MB total) can take up to 90 seconds. You will receive a report.completed webhook the moment analysis finishes.

What languages does HeyVisa support?

The product UI and generated reports are available in English, Turkish, German, and French. Document OCR additionally handles Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Japanese text. The applicant's input language is detected automatically.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account is downgraded to Free. Reports and documents remain accessible.

Is my data shared with embassies or third parties?

No. HeyVisa is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or consulate. We do not transmit your documents or analysis to any third-party for advertising, marketing, or model training.

Does HeyVisa guarantee my visa will be approved?

No. Only the consulate decides. HeyVisa improves the quality of your submission by surfacing issues a reviewer is likely to flag, but the final decision is always made by the issuing authority.

How long are documents stored?

Documents are kept as long as the parent report exists. Deleting a report deletes its documents as well. You can also delete individual documents at any time via the API or dashboard — deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Do you offer refunds?

Pro and Team plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if you have generated fewer than 5 live reports. Enterprise contracts are governed by their individual terms.

Can I use HeyVisa for my clients in an agency setting?

Yes — that is what Team workspaces are designed for. You get white-labelled PDF reports, role-based access for staff, and per-client document scoping. See Team Workspaces.

What happens if a document is unreadable?

We try to recover with multiple OCR engines and image enhancement. If the document is genuinely unreadable, the report status becomes failed with a document_unreadable error code. Re-upload a higher quality scan and the report can be retried for free.

Is there a free tier for testing?

Yes. The Free plan includes 10 reports per month and full access to test API keys (hv_test_), which return deterministic sample reports at no cost.
