These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HeyVisa, a service provided by HeyVisa (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

HeyVisa is an AI-powered preparation tool that helps applicants understand their visa profile, surface potential gaps, and prepare with greater confidence. The Services may include report generation, document review, recommendations, dashboards, and related APIs.

3. User Accounts

To use most features you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@heyvisa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Submit forged, manipulated, or knowingly false documents.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to disrupt the integrity of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from our outputs.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

5. Important Disclaimer

HeyVisa is not an embassy, consulate, government agency, or immigration authority, and we do not provide legal advice. Our reports are informational and prepared by automated systems. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. For binding immigration guidance, consult official embassy resources or a qualified, licensed immigration professional.

We do not guarantee visa approval, processing times, or any specific outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeyVisa and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or visa application outcomes.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services — including software, designs, text, graphics, the HeyVisa brand, and the underlying models — are and shall remain the exclusive property of HeyVisa and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services solely in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it strictly to deliver and improve the Services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision becomes commercially impracticable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, IP, and governing law) will continue to apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
