Common questions
Is HeyVisa affiliated with any embassy or government?
No. HeyVisa is an independent software product. We do not issue visas, submit applications, or guarantee outcomes. We help you understand and strengthen your application before you apply.
Can I cancel my Pro plan at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any moment. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to all reports you have generated.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade?
All documents and past reports remain in your account. On the Free plan you can still view and download anything you have already generated — you just cannot create new full reports until you upgrade again.
Do you offer student or non-profit discounts?
Yes. Reach out from your school or organization email and we will share a discount code. Volume pricing is also available on the Enterprise plan.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice in USD or EUR.
