Why was my document flagged?

Documents are flagged for missing fields, expiry, low legibility, or inconsistencies with other files.

HeyVisa flags a document when it spots something a reviewer is likely to question. Common reasons include missing required fields, an expired or soon-to-expire date, poor legibility, or values that conflict with another document.

What to do

  • Re-upload a clearer scan if the file was hard to read.
  • Correct any inconsistent names, dates, or amounts across documents.
  • Replace expired documents with current versions.
